Very disappointed customer

I ordered an H4 led headlight bulbs & I got the wrong one. I tried to make contact by calling & there’s no telephone number exists only for purchasing.....interesting eh! I finally found a way to make contact & that’s by email. I sent an email about receiving the wrong led kit & what the procedure to be used for returning and or exchange. I got a computer generated response about a day or two after which acknowledged receipt of my email & that someone will get in touch with me. I’m still awaiting over a week now & haven’t received another response.
I have made purchases for led bulbs from other websites & have never had this problem before.
Hope to get a response from someone.
I’m left to believe that this website is a fraud.
